Terms and Conditions

  With my signature below, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  •  I understand and agree that neither diving Dragonera nor Deep Water Aquatics S.L. or any of their Staff members, employees and instructors accept any responsibility for any death, injury or other loss suffered or caused by me or resulting from my own conduct or any matter or condition under my control which amounts to my own contribution negligence, including failure to use the equipment in accordance with instructions, as a result of rental and or use of the equipment.
  • In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by the staff members of diving Dragonera the rental and/or use of the equipment is entirely at my own risk.
  • Diving Dragonera does not accept any liability for latent defects in the equipment of which they could not be reasonably aware.
  • I understand that if I cancel my booked dives less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, I will be charged 50 % of the activity's price. For cancellations on the same day a cancellation fee of 80% will be charged.
  • I agree to check all equipment carefully before use and to return all equipment in same conditions or to compensate possible damages entirely.
  • With signature I guarantee to have a valid diving licence and to use the equipment only for designates purposes.
  • It is not allowed to hand over the rented equipment to any third party.
  • In case of damages or loss of equipment the rentor agrees to fully compensate the damage to Diving Dragonera / Deep Water Aquatics S.L
  • Tanks must be returned with a minimum of 30 bar – if less the rentor agrees to pay a visual inspection of tank in the amount of 100,00 €.
  • Without pressure the first stage of the regulator must be kept out of water! If the first stage is flodded by any reason the rentor agrees to pay the cleaning and exchange of all o-rings – the minimum fee for this is 100 Euro!
  • Diving Dragonera / Deep Water Aquatics S.L. and its staff are allowed to take pictures and videos during my dive course, any activities and at the dive shop. Herewith I declare consent to use these pictures and videos for publication on the homepage, social media accounts used by diving dragonera and at the dive shop. All rights on pictures and videos remain with Deep Water Aquatics S.L.


Duty of Information:
Deep Water Aquatics, S.L. is the Controller in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the purpose of maintaining a commercial relationship and will be retained for no longer than is necessary. Data will not be disclosed to third parties.
