Terms and Conditions

- For dives in the Dragonera Marine Reserve: I confirm to have a least 20 registered dives, my last dive is not more than a year ago and my minimum certification level is Open Water Diver or equivalent. I'm aware that if I don't fulfill the conditions, I will not be taken on the boat.
- For scuba diving I need to arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time, for snorkeling 30 minutes and for Discover Scuba Diving 90 minutes before. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show. This results in the forfeiture of my booking and deposit, and I will lose my spot on the boat.
- After my booking, I will fill the check-in form on https://dragonera.haliblu.com at least 2 hours before the start of the booked activity. For Scuba Divers and Discover Scuba Diving: Each person has to fill their own check-in form, for snorkeling only one person per boat needs to fill it.

Furthermore with my signature below, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  •  I understand that if I cancel my booked dives less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, I will be charged 50 % of the activity's price. For cancellations on the same day a cancellation fee of 80% will be charged.
  • I understand and agree that neither Deep Water Aquatics S.L. (Diving Dragonera) or any of their staff members and instructors accept any responsibility for any death, injury or other loss suffered or caused by me or resulting from my own conduct or any matter or condition under my control which amounts to my own contribution negligence, including failure to use the equipment in accordance with instructions, as a result of rental and or use of the equipment.
  • I confirm that I am diving in accordance with Spanish law and that I will not dive below my personal depth limits and the statutory limit of 40 metres.
  • In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by the staff members of Deep Water Aquatics S.L. the rental and/or use of the equipment is entirely at my own risk.
  • Deep Water Aquatics S.L. does not accept any liability for latent defects in the equipment of which they could not be reasonably aware.
  • I agree to check all equipment carefully before use and to return all equipment in same conditions or to compensate possible damages entirely.
  • I guarantee to have a valid diving licence and to use the equipment only for designates purposes. It is not allowed to hand over the rented equipment to any third party.
  • In case of damages or loss of equipment the rentor agrees to fully compensate the damage to Deep Water Aquatics S.L
  • Tanks must be returned with a minimum of 30 bar – if less the rentor agrees to pay a visual inspection of tank in the amount of 100,00 €.
  • When not connected to the tank the first stage of the regulator must be kept out of water! If the first stage is flodded by any reason the rentor agrees to pay the cleaning and exchange of all o-rings – the minimum fee for this is 100 Euro!
  • Deep Water Aquatics S.L. and its staff are allowed to take pictures and videos during my dive course, any activities and at the dive shop. Herewith I declare consent to use these pictures and videos for publication on the homepage, social media accounts used by diving dragonera and at the dive shop. All rights on pictures and videos remain with Deep Water Aquatics S.L.

Duty of Information:
Deep Water Aquatics, S.L. is the controller in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the purpose of maintaining a commercial relationship and will be retained for no longer than is necessary. Data will not be disclosed to third parties.
